1. We are Lawyers and Notaries:  Jeffrey S. Lowe has been practicing Immigration and Business law in Vancouver for 18 years, and has a Bachelor of Commerce as well as a Law degree.
   
   Unlike immigration consultants, most of whom do not have any legal training, Lowe & Company spend many hours doing legal research, and liaising with Canadian Immigration officials in different visa offices around the world, to provide the most up to date legal and procedural information for all our clients.
   
   In addition, Lowe & Company also works with Vivien Lee, Notary Public (www.CanadaNotary.com), who has over 13 years experience in Immigration law and Business law.
   
   
2. We are Immigration Law Specialists:  At Lowe & Company, our primary area of practice is Immigration and Business Law. Lowe & Company has acted for clients from 48 different countries (as of 2003), in Asia, North and South America, Europe and the Middle East, and we have traveled extensively throughout Asia to represent clients.
   
   Jeffrey Lowe has also taught Canadian Business Immigration Law to Lawyers and Immigration Professionals in Canada and in the USA since 1990.  In one year Jeffrey taught 2 courses on Investor and Business Immigration to almost 200 Lawyers, Government officials, and Immigration Consultants.
   
   
3. We Understand Asia:  We have been traveling to Asia for the past 15 years, and our staff members come from all over Asia. We have given Immigration seminars in Indonesia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and other countries, and have been involved in Trade Missions with the City of Vancouver and the Province of Saskatchewan.
   
   Members of Lowe & Company come from all over Asia, and speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese and several other Asian languages and dialects.
   
   Because we act for clients from so many different countries, Lowe & Company is able to assist clients where business documentation is difficult to come by. We understand that there are different norms for taxation, registrations, and ways of doing business in each country, and we are able to understand our client's businesses better than many others who have not had the same exposure and business background.
   
   
4. Our Success Rate is over 90%.  When we take on a case, we want it to be successful. We carefully analyze each case, and explore different options and possibilities for ways to improve our clients' chances. Because of the analysis and preparation of each case, we have had a success rate of over 90% over the past 15 years.
   
   In fact, most of the problems stem from criminal inadmissibility issues, which in some cases were not disclosed to us in the beginning. Were it not for this factor, our success rate would be even higher.
   
   
5. Our fees are reasonable:  We do not charge the lowest fees; nor do we charge the highest fees.
